"Increasing the adaptability and the performance of young unemployed people in their integration on the European labor market"
Project's objective: The overall objective is to increase mobility and encourage free movement of young labor force within the European Union in order to adapt to the evolution of the labor market.
Specific objectives:
1.To increase the chances of finding a job that meets the professional aspirations of 250 unemployed young people in Arad, through notifications and career counseling over a period of 12 months.
2.To provide training that will help 180 young unemployed people acquire basic computer skills and basic English skills, necessary to access the job sites available inside the European Union.
